horse blood bank- re homing ponies?

Hi all,

Not something I have a huge amount of knowledge about but I have just seen a 'looking for history' on type post in Facebook about a pony that has come from the blood bank?

I thought they were gifted to the blood bank then used or destroyed?

IME they don't really use ponies only horses.

There's one near Milton Keynes. Beautiful place.

i think they keep it quite and its usually vets referral that gets the contact. I got the contact from here
