I placed an order with them on the 28th September for items which I assumed, as they were on their website which did not say otherwise, were in stock.
By last week I'd still not received the items, so contacted them by email on Wednesday (two weeks after placing order) to request an update.
It took them two days to reply to the email simply to say they'd look into it. Still no information on the order though, so today I emailed them again.
In fairness they got back to me quickly today to say that one item has come into stock and will be despatched... fair enough, but they still didn't think to contact me at the time of the order to say it was currently out of stock and would take nearly three weeks to arrive. Also they apparently don't know when the other item will become available - so why is it still on the website, and why was I not told this when I placed my order?
I'm not impressed at all, very disappointed by the lack of communication and a little annoyed by the hassle of now having to sort out a refund/cancellation and look elsewhere for the other item. Shame, as they look to have a good range of stuff at very good prices, but I won't be buying from them again.
