Apparently I have to fill in a form after the lorry we have hadnt had the conversion noted on the V5.

Does any one know what it entails, costs?

(rang dvla she just said its form but not if theres a charge etc)

I bought a Vauxhall Movano van conversion and when I got the tax disc it's still classed as a 'light goods' vehicle. I wouldn't exactly call my half ton of horse 'light goods' although she has dropped a bit of weight!

So I'm not really sure about this TBH.

yes its nothing to worry about. So what does your V5 currently say ? i.e box van - then just take a photograph of your box - and complete the form - If you can give me the number of the form i will have a look here.
Honestly its not an issue

OI've got to do this for my box. DVLA have asked for photos, quote: You must send photos of the vehicle before the changes, if possible, and after. /end quote.

What do they mean? Do they require both?

I don't have pictures of the vehicle before the changes (it was a prison van btw), but obviously have an infinite number of 'after ' pics. Will they do?

I dont have the number yet Gingerwitch as forms not arrived, just dvla said it was in the post but couldnt tell me what it was. And thanks for the reassurance.

Sounds ok though, mine before said box van i think and that it was white which its now blue

Slightly foxed just send pics of after, you can do before if you didnt own it bit like me so will just send recent ones.
