My horse box rubber mats are ridiculously heavy ? they are cut into 6 sections and I can’t move one on my own. Has anyone changed there lorry mats to lighter ones? Just a bit worried less heavy ones might move or if the horses scrape the floor might be able to lift them? One of mine always wees on the lorry so I have to lift them to clean all the floor so it doesn’t go rotten ?
Or is there a type of matting I can get that I can seal to the floor? Someone said about buffalo board if anyone has used that would love to know.
Thank you in advance for any advice x

This area of the forum is extremely quiet - you may get a better response if you re-post your query in The Tack Room. :)

I would want really heavy ones so they can't move or get hooves stuck underneath and I wouldn't seal them because you won't be able to look at the floor underneath them to check for holes or abrasions.
