Horse box unladen weights - help!

So on the plating certificate they have
Axel 1 3.2
Axel 2 5.25

Can you work out the unladen weight from this?

No that the max axle wieght

You can only get unladen weght as a horsebox by putting it on a weighbridge

No. That is the max axle load. There should be an unladen weight somewhere on the plate certificate but again, that is the weight at first registration rather than its current weight after conversion to a horsebox.

I assume you are talking about the actual plate certificate and not the annual test certificate

No, but if it was taken unladen to it's MOT then you can get it from the braking certificate - mine certainly had it on when I got it tested, you've seen the lorry I think out and about? It is (IIRC) 5.6 unladen so has a 1.9 tonne payload - ample for 1 horse!!

My original certicate doesn't have the weight at first registration

Took the lorry to a weighbridge and it weighed 5.5 tonnes unladen with me and my friend sitting in it so can easily carry two horses and tack.

Look at the brake print out and it tell syou how much each axle weighs and you add it together.

However, my lorry got heavier by half a ton when it had to be retested on its brakes, in 3 days with less diesel in the tank - so not really that accurate.
