To cut a long story short..
basically my yard is divided into fields, in the field next to me there is a big girl (16.2 easily?) shes known for getting out, well crawling into mine, we sorted it by placing electric fencing (5lines worth) between 1ft - 6ft6 ..
Well... shes still somehow getting into my field, eating my hay drinking my boys water and pooing well, im just not use to the size she does!
But the part that is really upsetting me, to the fact the yard owners are well aware and doesnt know what to suggest .. But she is coming into my field and standing over my youngster growling ... shes ripped two of his rugs although i cant prove this as my two horses share ( but these two have never ruined each others rugs) and he is underneath her shaking, other liveries have seen this and said they were to scared to move her cause of how she was but my poor boy is underneather her shaking!
Im so upset, i got him in a bad state last year and hes sooo hard to mantain keeping weight on and now he's stressing he's going to lose weight, hes now even gettin scared of his field mate, who have always got on fine! I feel so sorry for him, he cant even be in his own field and relax!
Me and the yard owners are stuck what to do.. my only answer is that the problem horse should be moved!
I have spoken to the owner and she just blamed the electric ..and that we should get on to the yard owner but they have been trying there hardest and have been so nice to me !
In all honest, im asking you lot to please help me find a solution for my poor youngest! I just feel so bad for him... its not fair, hes such a happy little chap who just wants to be loved..
Sorry if it seems a rant, im just ..
