Horse bungee

Does anyone know what the extra strap and ring is called that goes with the bungee?? I had one but a livery scanted it when they left sometime ago.

It's the webbing loop which slips onto the girth with the ring to attach the bungee or the pessoa onto

Sorry can't remember the name but you can get them from Shires? Or I just use some baler twine - much cheaper!!
