Horse classes cancelled at GYS

Just heard that all equine classes (ridden and in-hand) are cancelled on Wednesday and Thursday. Not surprising given that it is absolutely tipping down (again) but a great shame for all involved

And don't turn up if you haven't got a ticket. Only members passes and pre-purchased tickets being admitted. No tickets on the door.

Just announced on local tv the show has been cancelled completely tomorrow and Thursday. Tickets will be refunded.

Thats just rubbish, things better pick up for the olympics

I wonder if they can redirect any of the classes to another (indoor?!) venue in the near future?

we were there 2day, such a shame but cant say im suprised parking was chaos.
they were dragging you on and off, 4x4's were stuck in a foot of mud and many flared tempers!
took us an hour almost to get onto the show ground then you were queing for the tractor to park you! :/

I believe HOYS have been offered an option for the qualifiers already
