Horse Coughing?

What do you all give your horses when they start to get a cough? We are going in to the seventh month of box rest!

Nothing, they don't. If they did I'd be looking at the environment first. Dusty bedding or forage, ammonia from bedding/drainage, general dusty stabling, ventilation etc.

Horslyx Respiratory - my horse has a 15kg one in his stable. He's had COPD for years, and this is the only thing I've found that really keeps his lungs clear

If they aren't in a dusty environment and I'm not happy, I would get the Vet to listen to the horse's chest. I did that once and the horse had a chest infection. Easily cleared up with antibiotics.
