Not sure if anybody is aware of this. The following story was on BBC Newsline last week
http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-northern-ireland-12779686
and then an update was on last night although I can't find reference to that anywhere now.
The update stated that the owner of the horses had moved them all/let them be taken away as requested by the USPCA but that several of the horses were unaccounted for.
It also stated that the man wouldn't be prosecuted and therefore would be allowed to keep horses again. I don't understand why he won't be prosecuted - anybody got any further details?
