"AN equestrian centre owner must pay an extra 30,000 in damages to a solicitor because of "outrageous" fraud allegations made in a lawsuit over a horse riding accident.
Mr Hennessy sought damages arising out of an accident on February 22, 2004 when he suffered an injury after he came off a horse because of the negligence or breach of duty of Mr Cusack and his centre.
Yesterday, Mr Hennessy was awarded 75,000 after the judge increasing his award from 45,000 over fraud allegations made by Mr Cusack's side during the hearing, claiming that Mr Hennessy had never actually ridden the horse."
