horse falling over help

hi today a horse belonging to my friend was being trotted up looked ok and then he just seemed to lose his front legs and went down on his side it isnt the first time he has done this anyone got any thoughts as to what could be wrong

now obviously i'm not a vet and if i'm honest i don't know much about this...but it could (stress *could*) be something like wobblers syndrome or something wrong with his nerves. a friend's horse kept doing this (sometimes when ridden ) and eventually was diagnosed with something wrong in his neck and he had to be PTS. i really would seek a vet's advice. hopefully its nothing serious but is best to be sure. good luck

Can't be of any help really! All I can suggest is to get a vet and possibly a back man or something out Hope he gets better soon. Update us! xx
