Horse for loan

I am not a candidate for your horse. I live miles away. But she is the size and build of horse that I like to ride. May be find a less smart picture suggesting that someone newly retired and a bit out of shape might like to ride your horse mid week?

It is sensible to put up little notices in your own yard, other local yards and riding schools and tack shops. And advertise on your county Facebook page too.
But if you want replies, the ad needs to be much clearer. A part loan is a share and is very different from a full loan for which you should consult the BHS suggested draft contract.

Same goes for sharing versus training. I am an elderly horse sharer. Your post and the phrasing of your ad raises a recurrent problem with ads for sharers. I am not a trainer. I pay to ride the horse I share and have a set time each week. There is a monthly contract and I pay regardless of whether or not I actually ride.

But if a horse is young and the owner is looking for a sharer who is competent and possibly qualified to train their horse, in the sense of teaching the horse aids and improving its movements, the situation is reversed. The owner pays the rider for that professional service and/or for exercising their horse.

And if there is to be schooling and training, the question also arises of whether or not there is a school in which the horse will be ridden. Is there hacking and does the horse hack solo or only in a group?
I am a hacker but I expect to ride a horse in the school and to ride a very simple dressage test at least once before hacking it out.
