Horse found, rider missing

Hi I've been asked to help there is a horse that's been found tacked up in Laughton forest the police are very concerned about where the rider is ..It's a 16 2 skewbald quite fine can you all ask about please as there are major searches going on.

Up to 40 mins ago rider still not found!!
