horse getting lumps

Depends on the type of lump,but if it happens every winter check that its not due to over rugging. If your horse feels 'warm and toasty' under his rugs, then he could be too hot.

Also do you change feed/bedding in winter? Could maybe an allergic reaction but heat bumps quite likely.
