Horse going on loan - rugs...

Rugs/ tack is just "stuff". All I would be concerned about is the horse. I paid for a new saddle as the one my loan horse came with didnt fit. I dont give a fig about stuff. Just the horse and his/ her comfort. Whether loaned or not.
