Horses do get really upset when their routine is disrupted. Maybe he hasn't got you trained yet. I'm sure you'll improve.

I sympathise, I too need classes in ownership.

Mine got stroppy because his hay wasn't in his stable by the very second he'd finished his hard feed this morning. So whilst I was digging around in the barn getting his hay, he *somehow* managed to steal my keys from their very carefully selected thought monty-proof hiding place, shake them around/bite them until they all broke off and flew all over the yard. Thus meaning that instead of finishing up and being off the yard and home by 8am, I was still crawling around trying to find my house key at 8.20am, so I could get back home and get the replacement for the car key that he broke in half. Feckin vandal!!
