My mare has lost hair on the under side of her neck and she has been itching it (not extremely excessively but quite a bit) she's a great weight healthy bright coat completely herself in every way however only on the underside of her neck she's rubbed off hair but has some slightly raised black leathery bumps the are very small but she has quite a few. I thought rain scald or ringworm but the symptoms and appearance don't match, the vets out in the morning but if anybody knows and would allow me to send them a picture that'd be great
