My baby horse has got a splint

We think from a knock in the field... but I want to make sure I have some better boots for him as I just have some cheapie woof ones.

Can anyone recommend any?

I have the John Whitaker Tendon boots, there very good, they have an extra pad inside that support the tendons. There expensive ( about £100 for tendon & fetlock boots) but I've had mine 5 years & use them nearly everyday, they still look new. Could prob find the same ones cheaper without JWs name on them, try ebay.

Hope this helps

my pony has HUGE splints on both front legs! i've found ones that have fleece lining are best as they mould to the shape of the splint, if you get what i mean!! i have the NEW ones, you can get them in most places but they are quite expensive!
hope this helps!
