horse help wanted in south west Wales-

My mum has a 7yr old which has been part broken (lunged and saddle etc on but she is having trouble with the getting on it bit but i have leant over it and sat up on it but she is not very sure/keen). she is 17hand and i think she needs help from someone who is used to breaking horses. she is near carmathen. Does anyone live neatr there who is experienced and can help her. she cant pay loads of money but just wants to get her going to ride of poss. she has broken horses beofre but she is proving more difficult and there dont seem to be anyone to help her. I am over for the weekend but we noramlly live in Norfolk.
 
the live just north of Carmathen but it has to be someone who knows what they are doing and can help my mum as she is not having ans easy time with this horse. she is a sports horse TB by dexters puzzle. seems quite panicy but not sure. I have been up on her but sometimes o.k to lean over and sometimes it is a case of hop off while she jumps about.
 
she did try someone but she doesnt load very well at all and it all fell thorugh so i think my mum would prefer someone to come out and help her.
