Horse Hoarder follow up program

Im sorry batter me for this if you wish but having worked at well known horse charity and seen cruelty with every excuse given cruelty and neglect is just that and no excuses . call me harsh by all means but in my eyes no excuse can be made. i hope hes safe but i hope to god he never keeps another horse again.
