Sorry to hear you are having problems carthorse. I think the snow may be causing Royal Mail some issues, but do call our customer care team on 0844 848 0848 so they can look into the matter for you.
 
Mine is sometimes a day late in the snow, but it was on time this week - amazing considering our snow depth. Online wouldnt be ok for me, ok for forums and news but a proper read that you can spill stuff on at the table means a paper mag!
