Morning
I know we aren't supposed to discuss dealers here so this is not the point of the post.

I am planning a trip to sussex at the end of the month as it appears alot of dealers are based round this area. I have the following so far to call and see what horses they have available :

Southgate Fram
Equine agents
Prestwood Farm
Clip Clop
Rapkyns irish horses

Can anyone recommend me any others or warn me against any of the above? Please do not reply to the thread. PM me only please.
Thanks x

Prestwood Farm. Nice horses, quite expensive but straight
Clip Clop. As above
Rapkyns. Nice horses, bit rough and ready but my friend bought a nice horse from him. Plus Mr Dray has a certain charm about him :)
No experience of the others.

Went with a friend to Prestwood Farm & she bought one of their horses. They are expensive, but very nice horses & very much what you see if what you get. If I was looking I would def consider going there. They have a website & a section that shows you all the horses they have sold but pictures of them with their new owners. Had no experience with the others

Bought my girl from clip clop last year. So thrilled with her and described so so acurately!

Wouldn't have said they were overpriced compared to some dealers (and at the time private horses were far more unrealistic!)

Another recommendation for Clip Clop - got my boy Sailor there just over a year ago and he does exactly what it says on the tin. And everyone always compliments them on selling me exactly what i asked for when looking - another friend went to Prestwood too and got a lovely chap.
