Also depends on what sort of horse you are after? Cob, happy hacker, eventer? Some specialist sites are good.

have a look at www.cottonhallstudlivery.com as there are a few well bred youngsters on there. Or if you are looking for an eventing type www.horseselect.co.uk is good but it is national so may not be that convenient!
