thing is my budget isn't enormous - in the £3000 region.
15.2-16hh allrounder for competent 15 year old.

i know of a very straight forward 4yr old ISH should finish at about 15.2-3hh

and a 16hh 5yr old TB, takes everything in her stride, does everything that is asked of her super talented prospect with great attitude
