as the title, anyone heard of them, used them had experience of them. they provided a decent quote for my horses but was not sure what they are like if, heaven forbid, i should acutally need to utilise the policy. I have already been told to stear clear of one insurer in particular due to numerous peoples bad experiences.

Was interetsed in this post and read the about us page. Interesting bit is their underwriters. From that I assume this insurance company is "related" to another well known insuer which I would have guess is who has been mentioned in the horror stories you have heard.

If it is I can also say they are terrible
