Have just had my renewal form from NFU and my premium has gone up by nearly £200!!!

I know I have added on a trailer but that only covers £60 of the additional amount. I have 3 neddies, a 29 yr old and just eats grass, a 19yrs old and just hacks and the kids little 10hh. The oldy isnt even insured for vets anymore. The only thing I can think of to reduce the amount is to join the BHS gold membership so that I get public liability through them.
Can anyone tell me what they actually insure for for similar horses and if another company would be cheaper!!!!

I had my two arranged through world equestrian insurance services, the policy is with rural. I've managed to get both insured for vet fees of £5000 with a £250 excess, class of use is general riding and riding club etc, I've lowered the horses value to get the price but it came in at £4/month more than just insuring the one with foaling cover under NFU!!! I've checked and they are nothing to do with the infamous *&* company!!! They also offer trailer cover, although I had already taken out my trailer cover with 4 counties insurance who also have now started horse insurance so they maybe worth a call for a quote.

Scottish equestrian are also very competitive but only insure up to £3500 vet fees I think.
