Horse insurance companies

Hi, does anyone know if Horse-insurance.co.uk and E&L are the same companies? I was getting a quote on horse-insurance.co.uk and I saw an advert for E&L dog insurance on their web site!
Im looking to try and save a bit of money on my insurance but i dont want to insure with E&L as Ive heard they dont pay out.

They are really nice people to deal with, I know lots of people who have saved money with them an they are very helpful and supportive if you do need to make a claim.

I've just taken out insurance with Scottish Equestrian Insurance Services as I found them to be the cheapest after lots of searching! So they might be worth a try.

I can recommend KBIS. I ended up having 2 claims running at the same time - I for a back problem and then he got kicked in the field and fractured his elbow. He went off to Newmarket Equine Hospital and had an operation so you can imagine the cost there. KBIS paid both claims very quickly without any problems at all.
