horse insurance

I have just insured one of my horses with horse insurance.co.uk. I would usually use NFU or similar but we are competing tomoz and i forgot about the insurance to today and we had to do it on line as NFU are closed.

Do they pay out?
What are they like?
I can cancel within 14 days and change so no pressure

they are a sister company to E&L. Enough said!!???!!

If they're anyway related to E&L I'd suggest (from bitter experience) that you avoid them like the plague, for broadly similar reasons.

Also check the small print - there's probably a 14 day exclusion from the inception of the policy. They may take your money and say you're insured, but if anything happens within the first two weeks you may find that you're no better off than if you weren't insured at all. (That's what got us!)
