Horse is freed after accident....lucky to be alive IMO!

This happened today in my town, the horse is known locally and I know for a fact it is only 3 years old! I'm hoping that this accident keeps it away from the cart for the rest of it's life - at least with it's current owner - the way he ploughs it up and down the roads round town the poor thing will be for the knackers in a few years....IMO. Very glad the poor little girl is ok. Luckily the accident happened in front of the fire station and the vets are only 5 mins down the road!

I am not far from there.

I usually end up at Airedale for horse accidents! They save a bed for me now!
Vets there are wonderful, they saved a mare with twisted gut with month old foal at foot 12 years ago for us by operating.
