Horse is lame on lunge and not under saddle.

My horse has developed lameness on his right hind and he is more lame on the right than the left. He has been running around in his field a lot and i'm wondering if hes pulled something? Hes fine in a straight line its only affects him when he's circling. Any ideas?

Lammede does show up more on a circle due to the weight distribution.

Just because its not as obvious in a straight line, it doesn't mean its not there.

This is a vet job, if its something degenerative then the early caught the better.

My mare had the same symptoms and it turned out she popped a splint. Now bringing her back into work slowly.
Definitely get the vet out!
