Hi all ,
As per title ..
My stable is laid to shavings and rubber matting and has a section at the front that’s got no shavings where her front feet usually stand when at stable door or at hay bar .
However when she moves around her stable she can sometimes catch the corner of the mat and lift it and then shavings gets underneath and she can then trip or rip the mat .
I’m on a diy livery yard so I don’t have the option to stick the mats down . I was thinking about bedding the stable all the way to the door (or within a few inches ) so there’s no corners for her to lift up ? Any other suggestions ?
Thank you !
