horses are having plaits put in their tails n manes 2 mark them 4 theft, The police have said do not keep your horses in any longer than necessary as it makes them easier 2 catch! Look out 4 other signs such as ribben or plasic bags tied 2 trees/hedges/posts outside yards being used as markers and anything else suspicious! does any one no any more information thanks x
