Horse lame... Swollen tendon?

How easy would it be if we could just explain. There's a stream that crosses the road by my stables. She hates water that much she won't walk in an inch of water ad proceeds to cat leap over it. First time she done it resulted in me being dragged along... Not cool!

It's ok, I'm sorry I've just never heard of it. It's only ever been me and my dad. (dad learned so he could ride out with me). I've never been on livery so never had the massive well of knowledge that comes with being on a livery, so just relied on farrier, vet etc.

What our farriers do is find where it is going to pop then just use a nail to scrap away a very small pin prick of a hole for the crap to come out of. We then poultice and at every poultice change we flush the hole out with H2O2. Oncenothing more comes out we spray the area with Terramycin spray twice a day.
