Horse Lice/Fleas???

Just found these little brownish things on both my boys, They look like tiny flys and were jumping. I'm thinking lice or Fleas? They look nothing like dog fleas though. What can i use to get rid of these little buggers, Can i use human head lice products? i can't use anything that involves bathing them as they are out. Any cheap fast acting sprays anyone can recommend?
I'm feeling all itchy now, yuk! Poor boys, God knows where they have come from!!

Deoscet, spray or wipe it over then do it again 2 weeks later.

Horses don't get fleas!

Are you sure they are lice (they tend to crawl) and not just thunder flies?

Horses do not get fleas.
If these are blood sucking insects then worm with an Ivermectine based wormer and it will kill them or, better than chemicals for anything lile lice or ticks - or fleas on dogs and cats, is neem oil.

What are thunder flies?

I have wormed them recently but i'll give them another dose and try neem oil.
