Unfortunately that is really going to struggle or not manage at all. The issue with lorry tyres is that not only do they need a higher pressure than car tyres, generally in the order of 80 to 120 psi, but they have a much larger volume, so will take ages to inflate. All this means that the car tyre inflators generally cannot cope or will keep cutting out as they get too hot and the thermal protection comes into play.

I have a metal bodied Goodyear inflator that took nearly 15 minutes a tyre to get tyres on a 7.5 tonne box to 90 psi. Also had to run the engine on the Shogun to keep the voltage/current high enough for it to operate.

I use one of these;

Wolf Air Compressor 2.5HP, 9.6CFM, 24L Sioux | UKHS.tv Tools-To-Go

but the drawback is that it needs 240v so may be a long extension lead and a RCD circuit breaker.
There are 12v and battery compressors available but they tend to be even more expensive.

If doing twin rear tyres you will probably need a 'double head' inflator as one valve faces outwards and one inwards. Same thing for the pressure gauge. The one in the link is expensive and comes from the States but gives you the idea;

Milton - 0 to 255 psi Digital Dual Head Tire Pressure Gauge - 38254272 - MSC Industrial Supply (mscdirect.com)

Try eBay or commercial vehicle tool suppliers over here.

The 'screw on' tyre hoses that you get on many 12v compressors are a real faff and you will loose much of the air you just spent ages putting in the tyre as you do the up or undo them.

Should also add that that unit is 12v and most European built lorries have 24v systems. Some will have 12 v sockets in them but you need to make sure that the ‘dropper’ that powers them can handle 10 amps.

My local lorry tyre company comes out and does the tyre pressures and checks them for me for a drink as they do it on their way to or from another job. I do this because i feel reassured they are being checked regularly by someone who knows what they are looking at:).

this may sound a bit silly does you lorry have a built in air line in the cab they run off the air brakes and can be used for inflating tires or blowing off dust etc. (they may only be in artic lorry's)
