Hi all
My cob lives out and has a rug and neck cover on (no filling). Her mane is quite long and thick. This is the first winter she has had a long mane as I usually hog her! I have noticed that a section of er man usually gets tangled, then when you brush it it falls out. Now where its fallen out, she isnt bald, there are small bits of hair there. She is not itchy there, there is no scabs. It is just one section but seems to be getting a little wider. I think it is her rug rubbing but I am just asking incase it is something else? I have looked and I can't see anything there. My other horse has shorter hair in the same kind of section on his mane.
