Horse more weight bearing on one side, getting vet out?

Had a thermal imaging scan done of my horse last week. As predicted didn't show up much at all, but it interestingly showed that my horse bears slightly more weight on one side than the other. This also corresponds with the side she is worse to ride on.

Would you get the vet out for a once over? Her vaccinations are due soon so vet will have to come out for that anyway
 
I would let the vet give her a basic check over then, unless there is anything to be concerned about that requires further investigation, ask for a referral to a good physio who is likely to be able to help, it is probably due to some slight muscle stiffness and physio can usually help.

horses like humans overcompensate on the opposite injured side in order to take the weight off their bad limb. So if the T.I showed up that the horse is bearing weight more on what you perceive to be the injured side I would say the horse is more weight bearing on that side because it is actually the opposite side she hurts if that makes sense.
