Horse movies — what’s actually worth watching?

Hey everyone
I’m trying to put together a list of good movies tagged with horses. I really like this theme — freedom, strength, the bond between humans and animals. But a lot of movies use horses just as background, not as the heart of the story.
I’ve found a few lists already, but I don’t want to waste time on average films that don’t really capture the theme. So I thought I’d ask here and also share what I’ve already watched.

Movies I’ve seen so far:
War Horse
Secretariat
Seabiscuit
Spirit: Stallion of the Cimarron
The Black Stallion

Some are super inspiring, others are more emotional and atmospheric.
I also came across a couple of interesting movie-by-tag lists:

https://www.imdb.com/de/list/ls031159970/
https://bestsimilar.com/tag/203-horse

Not sure yet which of these lists are actually worth trusting.
What horse movies would you recommend? Any hidden gems I should check out? Would love to see your suggestions in the comments

Hildago ( may of spelt that wrong.)
Ride like a girl
Dream horse

If you have prime/net flix search horses some of the films are naff .. some ok.

Oh, where's big star watchable on?
Funnily enough, locally to me quite soon! 7th Feb, a horsey one day mini film festival…but if you’re in Devon it’s a long way to North Yorkshire :/

*Instantly dons marketing hat*

Do come along if you're local to North Yorkshire! The evening session (Big Star) is selling well but the afternoon sessions are selling much more slowly - lots of good films in the afternoon though. I think people just aren't used to the concept of films in the afternoon as well as / rather than evening.

Love, one of the organisers 😆
