So Alee is 4 now and i have had her since she was 2 so that last 2 years I have waited and waited for the time to arrive when I can get on and ride and have lessons etc.

So now that time has arrived, she is lame with an unsure future as to how when or if she will become sound and I am geting desperate for a horse to ride.

My riding has deteriorated drastuically (IMHO) since I sold my old horse and got Alee as I don't ride regularly enough. I would love to have a weekly / fortnightly lesson but there isn't anywhere local enough that has horses that I would actually benefit from riding.

I don't really enjoy hacking but love schooling and popping over the odd jump.

If anyone knows of anything or anywhere that could accomodate me please let me know. I am getting riding withdrawals now........

where in east sussex u based
i have the same prob as dont have a lot of time and would love just to go for a hack
but i love forward going sharp horses
i go down to my mates yard in thursley to ride but thats a good hour away

i thought about contacting some livery yards to c if they needed any help just so i could ride

good luck

I'm near eastbourne about 30 mins from brighton.
I have my horses at a livery yard already and although there seems to be plenty of horses that need riding the owners seem to be more than happy that they are just out in the fields getting fat!!!!
So very frustrating!!!!

come see pickle again if you want to, we have a jumping field all ready behind the school now, he is a lot better in there. Your always welcome

You'll have Axey to ride for a fortnight when I go on holiday in august
