Horse not keen on leg wraps

Today I put my new HiViz leg wraps on my pony and must say he looked really smart. However, he wasn't too keen and refused to walk at first and then, when he did, he lifted his legs really high and was not amused. I know some horses do this with travel boots but I suppose they don't have to walk far in them. Will he get used to them do you think? He has never worn anything on his legs before.

He will get used to them - just keep using them!

Most horses will do this when you first use any brushing boots or leg wraps - but they will get used to the given time!

yes he'll soon get used to them, make sure they're not too tight though

Don't worry about it just keep using them, he will get used to them soon enough.
