A picture of Harrie Smolders stallion DonVHP Z NOP so probably a forien make. It has a verticle nameplate above the browband, and a flash/ grackle noseband with the upper part having 2 slots in it, and the flash part passing through the 2 slots. I'm sure one of the clever forum members will be able to post a picture.
