Why don't you just get in touch, say your circumstances have changed again and you'd love to be able to buy pony back?
I would love to but she has blocked me on social media , no longer can contact her on the number she provided for me and every time that I go to the field she is never there. I even left a note on the gate and so did the ponies previous loaner requesting the lady to contact us but no response

No i handed her over to her under the circumstance she wouldn’t be sold on and I would be first to return too if she no longer could keep her. I would have no issue if the lady did a good job to care for her but she hasn’t been. As far as I was concerned there was nothing I could do, but new evidence to me showed that proof of purchase was actually the ownership which left me questioning if the pony even belonged to her now as I never signed her over to her or gave her any sort of purchase reciept
The pony may still be in your ownership, however the land owner will be owed a considerable amount in "keep fees" which may amount of the worth of the pony. You either gave her the pony, loaned her the pony, or abandoned the pony on her land.

I passed her onto her under the circumstance she would be looked after correctly.

A receipt from years (?) before you handed the pony over to the woman whose land she is currently on is hardly proof of ownership. I still have receipts for horses which have long since died. The microchip which is still in your name would be better proof, imo. Reporting the current standard of care to a charity will not get you the pony back, I'm confused as to the outcome you want.

That is exactly why I posted on here to see if what I had was enough Proof. The outcome that I want is that the pony To be cared for in the correct manner and if not then i want her removed from the situation.

I was reading all the posts about hives yesterday and was very interested. My 14 year old cob has had hives very badly since the beginning of December. They were huge lumps all over him. My vet said the haylage was much too rich for him and advised me to change to soaked hay. I have owned him for 8 years and he has been having haylage from the same farm all that time but after our lovely summer I could understand that that was the problem. He is now on minimal feed, one scoop of light chaff and soaked hay, also out 24/7 in a no fill NZ. The bumps are less but by no means gone and my vet has now put him on 78 Piriton tablets a day since Sunday. So far no difference !
