Well my boy had an almighty paddy today.....

I brought out my pessoa and put it on the ground and he went up, backwards and snapped his baler twine and buggered off. I brought him back and let him have a good sniff and he stood there, bless him.

Thought maybe it might be all the dangly bit so tried lunge line, side reins, etc he was perfect with everything even down the back of his legs and across his bum. Got a sheepskin numnah and he flipped again.

There was a horse at the yard that hated sheepskin, fake or otherwise. He was a most laid-back chap in every other respect. We hung a small piece of sheepskin over his door, in the hope he'd get used to it, and he spent all the time at the back of his stable snorting at it. There's also a Welsh cob who's afraid of daffodils.

That's pretty much what he was like. Snorting, shaking and dancing around. I'm going to have to think of something, like wrapping the sheepskin in a bandage.

HAHAHAHA, some of these are great!! Mine is scared of 'killer' chickens!!! My sisters is afraid of big black horses!!!
honestly sometimes i think they do it to irritate us!!!
love them anyway though.
