If you are working/training with a leading event rider, then they should be able to hook you up with a few mounts. I know when I have worked for riders in the past, they have always found me owners/sponsors etc. They have the contacts that us mere mortals do not. Other than that, I would say pay for an advert in H&H.

i have nice 7yearold that came from william fox pitt hu i event and i have showjumped ponies 2 grade a and evented succesfully but all horses i get from work are for sale so after a few decent results there. so if i can get my own owners and rides i can keep them without having to worry about them being sold.

was with steven smith hu has been irelands leading event rider for 15 years and now with joseph murphy who was selected for the olympics but his horse did a susensory 2 days before the final prep run.

5 Year old Bay Gelding 16.2 I think he was called Drifter there and his Passport name is Sunview Ten Percent. He was registered by Patricia Ryan and is by Jacksons Drift out of Tentore Flight - ring any bells. I have had him a whole 2 weeks and 2 days he was dropped off at a Gloucester Dealers yard a week or so before they went off to Hong Kong.
