I agree that it was stupid to purposely "make" her horse poo on the car, and however she managed to do it, and yes horses are an aggravation to drivers, but until the govermnent give us alternate routes, we dont really have much choice.
i hate riding on the roads, but in order to get to the lovely countryside, i have to cross some busy roads first
i have been lucky so far and drivers have always been courteous, but i have had friends who have had idiots whizz past or honk their horns or whatever. luckily no accidents have happened as a result of these drivers ignorance, but riders do die/get severely injured by idiots like these, and i always ask why?? it doesnt take much to show a bit of courtesy and slow down for a horse and rider? we arent that bad a bunch!!!lol!
I always wear a fluroescent tabard when riding on the road so im clearly visible, and everyone i know wears tabards on the roads.
im sure if there were alternate routes, none of us would ever bother riding on the road, its not as if we enjoy it?????
