so sadly something has to give.

basically he is 16hh gelding, 11years old. done pony club camp etc, jumped/placed area team sj. jumped up 2 newcomers. placed BN/disco. small amount of winnings (still in BN) hacks etc.good to handle etc. he is quite a foward going ride, but i felt he was well priced at £4,500 including tack........ so what to you think too much or not enough? coz i have heard of people will not call a horse up if they feel its to cheap (they may think there is something wrong with it) any advice will be much appreciated.

How recent are his competition results? Sounds like a fair price to me - what photos are you using to advertise him and whereabouts are you based, as that often affects the price! As he has done PC, why not try sticking him on the Pony Club classifieds as well.

cheers, thats a great idea, i had forgot about the pc website having a for sale section (coz i dnt do pc anymore i dont go on here lol) we are based in hampshire. he was last placed last month, due to being a student (and having no money) , i cant compete to often at the moment.

I agree I think £4.5k sounds about right.

Make sure you have a really super photo to go with the advert... I think the photo is always the deal breaker!
