Horse Prices!!

Doing my weekly browsing of horse's for sale, and found a mare cantering through water. 7 year old, no compeition results mentioned apart from top 5 placing at gatcombe CIC* (which means that they were 5th) and half sister to moorland totalis.

Thought nice mare, pretty.

Asking price?




£45,000 must be a pretty special 7 year old!!

It depends - if shes a "true" half sister then Id think she was underpriced. However I doubt she is. Placed at a 1star I would be expecting her to cost a bit though, given that horses who have been round 1 prenovice seem to be priced at £7k+!

Wot?? The horse is priced at 45k not 4.5k!

To be fair, she would have had results as a 6 year old, so top 5 in a 1* is very good!
Sorry, not really thinking when posted, but would have liked to have seen a comp report or at least a picture of her jumping in her ad
