Hello all.

I am a long time lurker who has decided to take the plunge into my first post because I am planning to get my horse sent away for schooling and producing. I have recently received a promotion at work and given my family ties as well I just don't have the time.

I am based in the North West at the minute and I would love to hear of any good producers in the area, I have heard good things about Vincent Seddon and Jo Shaw however I would like to hear more reviews about either them or other producers before delving into the subject any further.

Wine and stilton for all who respond!

The Horse Gossip forum has a section for producers available and wanted

Not saying that you wont get some good recommendations from people on here of course!

Thanks for all the advice so far, Welsh D I hadn't thought of HG so I'll take a look there!

I have a Welsh D x TB mare, I am mainly interested in getting her flat work established because she is rather green and then I am looking into doing some dressage with her.
Basically I just don't have the time to bring on a green horse, she is great to do it's just that she needs a bit of schooling :o
I am having a bit of a nightmare really, her safety and well being are my main priority so I want to make sure that she will be working with someone who doesn't cut corners or force anything to get results. Also obviously I'd like them to be good at their job too because it's not cheap so I don't want to risk getting ripped off, at the minute I feel like its a bit of a mine field.
I am in Cheshire Domino :)

I would always send mind to Artur at Beaverhall in Staffordshire. He's a very sympathetic rider, competes in dressage & SJ backs & brings on all horses including difficult or nervous
