Horse pulls of pull on over reach boots help!

I put pull on over reach boots on my mare a weeks ago and she's managed to get it off. Have no idea how she's done this. She need over reach boots on 24/7. Any ideas on what I can do ?

Mine used to pull them off in a day, no idea how. The best thing for him was the westrop petal boots. He would remove petals frequently but the boots would stay on and easy to replace a petal.
